The Digitus DS-12890 is a 4-port DisplayPort KVM switch that lets one monitor, keyboard and mouse control four computers at up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz with HDR, output on either DisplayPort 1.2 or HDMI 2.0. It suits creative, office and control desks that need smooth 4K on one screen.
USB 3.0 inputs per PC feed two front USB 3.0 ports for fast storage, alongside two USB 2.0 ports for keyboard and mouse and audio in/out. Switching is by front button or IR remote, and four DP cables, four USB 3.0 cables and the remote are included.
Compatibility note: The sources must be DisplayPort; the HDMI port is an output for the monitor only. Only one monitor is supported at a time (DP or HDMI output).
