The DIGITUS DN-14001-1 Network and Communication Cable Tester checks RJ45, RJ11 and BNC cables and includes a separate PoE test device, for network technicians who troubleshoot LAN cabling, coax and PoE ports. It tests pin assignment, continuity, opens, shorts, crossed pairs and ground.

A main unit and remote unit show both cable ends on two LED rows (pins 1–8 plus ground) in automatic or manual scan mode, and all parts ship in a hard shell case.

Good to know: Requires a 9 V block battery, which is not included. The tester does not measure cable length or PoE wattage.
