The DIGITUS DK-1644-A-005/B is a 0.5 m Cat 6A S/FTP patch cable for 10 Gigabit Ethernet, designed for short, fully shielded connections between patch panels, switches and servers in racks and cabinets.
Part number DK-1644-A-005/B uses four pairs of AWG 26/7 stranded copper, each pair in its own foil plus an overall braid, inside a low-smoke zero-halogen (LSOH) jacket. Transparent yellow plugs with metal shielding mark the cord as Category 6A at a glance, and the boots carry kink protection, strain relief, latch protection and a length marking. For the shielding to work end to end, connect it to shielded (STP) ports on the patch panel and equipment. DIGITUS markets the cord as PoE+ ready; its datasheet does not list an IEEE 802.3bt (PoE++) class.
