Digitus Face Plate for Keystone & Multimedia Modules, 1 or 2 Ports, 45°, 80 x 80 mm Frame, Design-Compatible, White

The Digitus DN-93831 is a flush-mount face plate for one or two keystone or multimedia modules, with a 45° outlet, 50 × 50 mm central plate and 80 × 80 mm frame in pure white, for installers who want network points that match the light switches in the room.

Digitus publishes compatibility lists for both sides of this plate: the keystone modules it accepts (Digitus DN-93617 plus several third-party ranges) and the switch-manufacturer frame series it is designed to match. It can be used as a 1-port or 2-port outlet.

• 1 × face plate with 50 × 50 mm central plate and dust covers
• 1 × frame 80 × 80 mm
• Keystone / multimedia modules: not included

• Gives a cabled-in network point a clean, finished wall outlet: the installation cable is terminated on a keystone jack, the jack clips into the plate, and users plug a normal RJ45 patch cord into the front.
• The 45° downward outlet keeps the patch cord close to the wall, so furniture can be pushed nearer and the plug is less likely to be knocked off.
• German-type format: 80 × 80 mm frame with 50 × 50 mm central plate, the common European flush-box size.
• Use one port for a single device, or both for PC plus phone/printer at the same desk.
• Design-compatible: Digitus lists Siemens DELTA i-System, DELTA line/miro, DELTA natur, DELTA profil and DELTA style frame ranges, so the outlet can sit in a matching switch frame.

• It does nothing on its own — without keystone jacks (sold separately) there is no connection.
• Not a surface-mount box: for walls without a flush box or trunking you need a surface housing (for Digitus: DN-93803 80 × 80 × 42 mm, sold separately).
• Not for UK BS 4662 single-gang back boxes without an adapter — the plate is the European 80 × 80 mm format.
• Do not confuse with DN-93831-1, which is the face plate without central plate and frame.
