The DIGITUS DN-19 SET-S is an M6 fixing set with 50 screws, 50 washers and 50 snap-in cage nuts for mounting equipment in 482.6 mm (19-inch, IEC 60297) and 254 mm (10-inch) racks. It is the standard hardware for fitting switches, patch panels, shelves and blanking plates onto square-hole rack rails, in a silver finish.
Fifty sets cover a full cabinet fit-out or keep a technician stocked for many installs. Every device mounts with the same thread, the same screwdriver and the same washer.
Before you order: The cage nuts are for square-hole rails. Rails with round tapped holes or round unthreaded holes need different screws, and cage nuts will not fit them.

What It Means in Practice
- Most 19-inch devices need 4 sets (two per side) and a 1U panel usually needs 2 to 4, so one pack fits roughly 12 to 25 devices.
- The snap-in cage nuts clip into the square rail holes from the front, which is quicker than squeeze-type nuts in tight cabinets.
- The washers sit between the screw head and the device ear, which spreads the load and protects the paint on the rack ears.
- The silver screw heads blend in with grey or silver rails and bare-metal equipment.
What Will Not Work
- Round-hole rails (threaded or unthreaded), which need screws matched to the rail, not cage nuts.
- Rails with M5 threads or US-style 10-32 or 12-24 threaded holes, since this set is M6 only.
- Screw length is not published by DIGITUS. For unusually thick device ears or shelf flanges, ask us before ordering.
