DURABLE DURAPLUS Presentation File A4+, Clear Front Cover, Metal Fastener 80 mm, Inside Pockets, Label Strip, Red

The DURABLE DURAPLUS 257903 is an A4+ presentation file with a transparent front cover, red back cover and a removable gold-colour metal prong fastener for punched documents with 80 mm hole spacing — for reports and offers that combine filed pages with loose inserts.

The A4+ format is slightly oversized, so it also takes punched pockets without the edges sticking out. Inside, pockets on the front and back covers hold unpunched documents such as brochures or a business card, and a side labelling strip identifies the file on a shelf.

• 1 × DURABLE DURAPLUS presentation file A4+, red with transparent front cover
• Metal prong fastener fitted (removable)
• Side labelling strip with paper insert

• Punched pages go on the fastener, unpunched papers in the inside cover pockets — one file for the whole proposal.
• The clear front lets your own cover page act as the title.
• A4+ size takes punched pockets as well as plain paper.
• The file can be hung in a filing system with the DURABLE 1531 suspension rail.
• Outer size 244 × 310 × 4 mm.

• Unpunched pages cannot go on the fastener — only into the inside pockets.
• Paper punched with non-80 mm spacing will not fit the fastener.
• DURABLE does not publish a sheet capacity; it is not intended for very thick documents.
• It is not a ring binder — pages cannot be turned flat through 360°.
