The Edimax Pro GS-5208PLG V2 is a fanless Web Smart switch with eight Gigabit PoE+ ports and two dedicated Gigabit SFP slots, for small camera, VoIP and Wi-Fi installations that need basic VLAN and QoS control plus fibre uplinks.

Each port supplies up to 30W (IEEE 802.3af/at) from an 85W total budget, and long-range mode carries PoE and data up to 200 m at 10 Mbps. It sits on a desk or mounts in a 19" rack with the included kit.

Before you order: Version 2 has an 85W PoE budget — lower than the original GS-5208PLG (V1). Plan your devices against 85W total; SFP modules are not included.
