Compact 10-inch Network Cabinet · 6U · RAL7035

6U, 10-inch format300mm external depthLockable glass door30kg load rating

The EFB-Elektronik WGB-1006GR.30 provides a wall-mounted home for compatible 10-inch networking components. Its pre-assembled steel housing offers 6U of rack space, a lockable safety-glass front door and passive ventilation, in a grey RAL7035 finish.

Best For: Small office, home-network and local distribution points using shallow 10-inch rack equipment.
Before you order: This is a 10-inch cabinet. Standard 19-inch rack components do not fit directly. The 300mm figure is external depth; allow room for connectors and cables and verify usable clearance before choosing equipment. IP20 is for indoor installations without water exposure.

What's in the Box

  • Pre-assembled wall cabinet
  • One brush strip and one plastic cover
  • Mounting accessories and two keys

What It Means in Practice

  • 6U provides vertical space for compatible 10-inch panels, switches or optional shelves.
  • Cable entries in the roof and base help route wiring into the enclosure.
  • A keyed door limits casual access while allowing a view of installed equipment.

What Will Not Work

  • Network devices, power distribution and shelves are not included in this cabinet-only listing.
  • Passive ventilation does not replace a thermal assessment for installed equipment.
  • The 30kg rating does not establish the strength of your wall or fixings; use suitable support and mounting hardware.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will 19-inch equipment fit?
Not directly. Select 10-inch equipment and verify its dimensions and mounting requirements.
Does 300mm mean usable equipment depth?
No. It is the external cabinet depth. Check rail position, connector clearance and cable bend space.
Is a switch included?
No. This is the cabinet-only product, not a network equipment bundle.
Can it be used outdoors?
IP20 does not provide protection against water. Choose a suitably rated enclosure for exposed installations.
Singular Expert Insight

Plan the complete assembly before mounting: panels, switch, optional shelf and cable bends all use space. The 10-inch width and shallow cabinet depth are the decisive checks for compatibility.

Buyer’s Guide

✓ Buy it if you need a compact indoor cabinet for a small 10-inch network installation.
✕ Skip it if your components require 19-inch rails, greater depth or water protection.
→ Also consider a deeper or 19-inch cabinet when your equipment or future expansion requires it.
