Before you buy
Know what you are buying: this is Cat 5e (100 MHz) with CCA (copper-clad aluminium) conductors and a PVC jacket that is not halogen-free. It is fine for 1 Gbps (2.5 Gbit verified) data patching, but not a good choice for PoE (CCA runs hotter) or where LSZH is required. At 15 cm it only reaches between directly adjacent rack units — for 10 Gbps, PoE or LSZH, choose a copper Cat 6A cord such as EFB MK6001 / EC6000A.
