The EFB-Elektronik ECOLAN K5457.1 is a 1 m yellow Cat 5e SF/UTP patch cable for everyday Gigabit and 2.5 Gbit connections between PCs, printers, switches and patch panels.
Part number K5457.1 has an overall braid plus foil shield (over 65 % screening) around unshielded pairs, 4 × 2 AWG 26/7 copper-clad aluminium (CCA) conductors, a 5.7 mm PVC jacket, moulded anti-kink boots and a printed length marking. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Compatibility Note
Two points before you buy: the conductors are CCA (copper-clad aluminium), not solid copper, which makes them a poor choice for powering PoE devices; and the jacket is PVC, not halogen-free. For PoE cameras, phones or access points, or for buildings requiring LSZH, choose a copper LSZH Cat 6 cord such as EFB ECOLAN K551x. Cat 5e supports Gigabit over 100 m; EFB verifies this cord for 2.5 Gbit.
