This is an unshielded (U/UTP) cord with thin AWG 30 conductors — perfect for very short rack jumpers, but thin wires lose more signal and warm up more under PoE, so EFB rates it for PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at) only. The jacket is PVC, not halogen-free; EFB's K8108 ultraflex range is the LSZH alternative. At 0.25 m it only reaches adjacent ports — measure first.
