The EFB-Elektronik EK503.1 is a 1 m IEC extension cable with a C14 plug and a C13 socket, the standard lead for connecting servers, switches and monitors to a UPS or rack PDU with C13 outlets. It can also extend an existing C13 power cable.

The black PVC cable has three cores with protective earth, is rated 250 V / 10 A and specified for 0–70 °C operation.

What is the difference between C14 and C13?
C13 is the female socket found on standard power cords; C14 is the male plug found on device inlets and on UPS/PDU outlets. This cable has one of each, so it links a C13-outlet PDU to a device, or extends a C13 cord.
Can I use it for 16 A equipment?
No. C13/C14 is limited to 10 A. For 16 A servers and PDUs use a C20 to C19 cable such as EFB EK519.2,5.
