The EFB-Elektronik K8108SW.0.15 is a very short, very thin Cat.6A patch cable: 15 cm long with a 3.6 mm ultraflex TPE/LSZH jacket and extra-short RJ45 plugs. It is made for high-density patching, where a patch panel sits directly above or below a switch and standard 6–7 mm cables would crowd the rack. Despite the slim build it supports 10 Gbit/s at 500 MHz (Cat.6A to TIA) and PoE/PoE+ (IEEE 802.3af/at). The conductors are 30 AWG stranded copper; bend radius is only over 15 mm, so the cable can loop tightly without stressing the ports.
Compatibility — check before buying:
0.15 m is very short — it only reaches between a patch panel and a switch mounted directly next to each other (1U apart). Measure port to port before ordering. Unshielded U/UTP: use it with unshielded panels and switches; it is not a replacement where the installation is fully shielded. PoE is rated up to PoE+ (802.3at), not 4-pair PoE (802.3bt).
