The EFB-Elektronik EBUSBCM-MIKROBF is a small plug adapter with a USB Type-C plug on one side and a Micro-USB (Micro-B) socket on the other. Plug it onto a Micro-USB cable and that cable fits a USB-C phone, tablet or accessory. It is a straight, compact adapter in black, built to the USB 2.0 standard. In practice it lets you keep using the Micro-USB cables and chargers you already own — in the car, at the bedside or in the office drawer — after switching to a USB-C phone.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Direction matters: the adapter has a USB-C plug (male) and a Micro-USB socket (female). It turns a Micro-USB cable into a USB-C cable — not the other way round. It works at USB 2.0 level; EFB does not publish a current or wattage rating, so fast charging depends on the Micro-USB cable and charger and is usually slower than with a native USB-C cable.
