Enermax LIQTECH XTR 360 — Workstation Liquid Cooler
360mm AIO Liquid550W+ TDPLGA4677 / Threadripper100% IHS Coverage
The Enermax LIQTECH XTR 360 (part number ELC-LTXTR360) is a 360mm all-in-one liquid cooler engineered for high-end workstation and HEDT processors, with a 550W+ TDP rating and an oversized copper cold plate that gives 100% IHS coverage on AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO and Intel Xeon chips. It is built for large-socket platforms — Intel LGA4677 and AMD TR5/SP3-class sockets — rather than mainstream desktop CPUs, making it the cooler of choice for rendering, simulation and content-creation rigs. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Compatibility & fit
This is a workstation/HEDT cooler. Supported sockets: Intel LGA4677 and AMD TR5 (sTR5/sTRX5/sWRX9), SP6, sWRX8/sTRX4/TR4/SP3. It is NOT intended for mainstream desktop sockets such as Intel LGA1700/1851 or AMD AM5/AM4 — use a standard AIO for those. The radiator measures 394 x 120 x 27 mm (plus 26.8 mm fan thickness), so confirm your case or workstation chassis supports a 360mm (3x120mm) radiator before ordering.
Best For
✓AMD Ryzen Threadripper / Threadripper PRO
✓Intel Xeon W / Xeon Scalable (LGA4677)
✓High-core-count HEDT builds needing 550W+
✓Rendering, simulation and content-creation rigs
✓Large-socket CPUs needing full IHS coverage
✓Users who want a rotatable status display
Key Features
550W+ TDP Cooling
Rated for a 550W+ thermal load, the LIQTECH XTR 360 is built to tame the highest-core-count Threadripper and Xeon processors under sustained all-core workloads.
100% IHS Coverage Cold Plate
An oversized copper cold plate makes full contact with the large AMD Threadripper PRO and Intel Xeon integrated heat spreaders, improving heat transfer where standard blocks fall short.
High-Pressure PWM Fans
Three 120mm fans spin 500-3000 RPM for up to 87.9 CFM at 3.83 mmH2O. An included noise-reducer adapter caps them at 2400 RPM for a quieter 26 dBA when full power is not needed.
Rotatable Status Display + Durable Pump
A magnetic, rotatable real-time status display keeps monitoring visible in any orientation, while the Ceramic Nano PI Bearing pump (700-3000 RPM) is rated for a MTBF of over 100,000 hours.

Singular Expert Insight
The LIQTECH XTR line is one of the few AIO coolers purpose-built for big-socket workstation CPUs: the full-coverage cold plate and 550W+ rating matter far more here than LCD gimmicks, because Threadripper and Xeon dies spread heat across a much larger area than desktop chips. If you are cooling a mainstream CPU instead, a standard 360mm unit is the better value. A workstation this capable also needs serious power delivery, so pair it with a high-wattage unit from our PC power supplies range, and see the full line-up in our CPU coolers category.
Buyer's Guide
Buy it if
You run a Threadripper, Threadripper PRO or Xeon workstation on a large socket and need 550W+ cooling with full IHS coverage.
Skip it if
You have a mainstream desktop CPU (LGA1700/1851, AM5/AM4) — this cooler does not fit those sockets and a standard AIO is a better match.
Also consider
A standard 360mm desktop AIO for mainstream builds, or a large workstation air cooler if you prefer a pump-free solution.
