The EPOS IMPACT SDW 5066T (1001039) is a professional DECT wireless headset system for office workers who take calls on both a desk phone and a computer, plus a mobile phone. It pairs the double-sided SDW 60 HS headband headset with the SDW 5 BS T base station and the BTD 800 USB Bluetooth dongle, which plugs into the base to add mobile calls. Up to 180 m of range in line of sight, super-wideband voice and up to 14 h of talk time suit busy offices and people who walk while they talk.
Compatibility — check before buying:
The base connects to your desk phone with the audio cable in the box, but answering desk-phone calls away from the desk needs an EHS cable or the HSL 10 II handset lifter — neither is included. Mobile calls use the BTD 800 dongle in the box. This is the Teams version with the SDW 5 BS T base; the non-Teams twin is the SDW 5066 (1001026). This is the EU / UK / AUS build with the 1880–1900 MHz DECT band used in Cyprus; US units work on a different band. The busylight is an optional accessory (UI 10 BL). A two-microphone noise-cancelling system with digital MEMS microphones and super-wideband audio keeps speech natural. There is no active noise cancellation in the ear piece.

Up to 14 h NB / 11.5 h WB / 9 h SWB of talk time, with 44 h standby. Charging reaches 50% in 30 minutes, and the Li-polymer battery is exchangeable by service.
