The Epson TM-H6000VI-112 (C31CL25112) is the MICR-equipped variant of Epson's flagship hybrid POS printer. Out of the box it reads paper cheques (MICR characters at 99.9% accuracy), endorses them with the 9-pin slip mechanism and prints the customer receipt on its 500 mm/s thermal head — replacing a cheque scanner, receipt printer and impact printer with one device. Configured with Serial as the primary interface plus USB and Ethernet on-board, and shipped with an EU power supply.

Why have a 9-pin slip mechanism in 2026?
Banks, government and lottery counters still print onto multi-page slip forms, A4 receipts and the back of cheques (endorsement). The dot-matrix slip head meets that requirement, alongside MICR cheque reading.
