The Equip EZMB-10-B is a 10-inch 1U cable management panel with a brushed strip around the patch cord entry, 1 mm thick and finished in black, for passing patch cords through the front of a compact 10-inch cabinet without leaving an open gap.
In a small 10-inch cabinet every unit counts, and patch cords often have to reach the rear or run between a patch panel and a switch that are not next to each other. A brush panel lets the cords pass while the bristles close the rest of the opening, which keeps dust out and the front looking tidy. It is the 10-inch equivalent of the brush panels used in full-size 19-inch racks.
Before you order: Equip does not clearly state whether screws and cage nuts are in the box. Have four 10-inch rack screws with cage nuts ready, or ask us to add them.
