Equip 133101 — 2-in-1 USB-C + USB-A to RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet Cable, 1.0 m
USB-C and USB-A in oneGigabit 1000Base-T1 m fixed cable, 32 gDriverless · RTL8153
The Equip 133101 is a 1-metre Gigabit Ethernet adapter cable with both a USB-C and a USB-A plug on the computer end and an RJ45 plug on the other, so one cable gives wired network access to a modern USB-C laptop, an older USB-A machine, or a desktop without a free LAN port. A Realtek RTL8153 controller delivers 10/100/1000 Mbps with no driver installation on Windows 7–11, macOS 10.6+, Chrome OS, Android 10+ and Linux, and at 1 m and 32 g it is the travel-bag length of the range. Part number 133101, EAN 4015867244111. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Data-only: it does not need DisplayPort Alt Mode, but the USB-C port must be data-capable (not charge-only). Equip does not state the USB generation; the RTL8153 is a USB 3.0-class controller, so plan on a USB 3.x host port for real gigabit speeds — on a USB 2.0 port the link works but throughput stays well below 1000 Mbps. Fixed 1 m length: the socket or switch must be within a metre of the computer. Use whichever plug fits; do not connect both ends to two computers.
Key Features
One cable, two plug types
The computer end carries both USB-C and USB-A connectors, so the same cable serves a new ultrabook, a MacBook, a Chromebook and a legacy USB-A desktop — ideal for IT kits, hot desks and support bags.
Gigabit with RTL8153, no drivers
Realtek RTL8153 — Realtek’s USB 3.0 gigabit controller — supports 10/100/1000Base-T, full-duplex flow control, 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet, 802.1p priority and 802.1Q VLAN tagging, and is recognised natively by Windows, macOS, Chrome OS, Android and Linux.
1 m lead, 32 g, aluminium housing
The shortest and lightest of the three lengths: long enough to reach a desk-top socket or a switch on the same shelf, small enough to live permanently in a laptop bag. Aluminium housing helps dissipate heat during long transfers.

Singular Expert Insight
Most USB network adapters are stubby dongles that then need a patch cable; Equip’s 133101 folds both into one 1 m lead with both plug types, which is exactly what a support technician or a travelling consultant wants in the bag. Choose the 2 m 133102 or 3 m 133103 when the socket is further away. If you also need HDMI, card readers or charging pass-through, a hub from our docking stations range is the better buy; for a fixed desktop with a free LAN port, a plain lead from network cables is cheaper.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You want one gigabit adapter cable that works on both USB-C and USB-A machines, no drivers, and 1 m is enough because the socket is on or beside the desk.
Skip it if
You need 2.5 GbE or faster, video output or charging through the same cable, or the socket is more than a metre away — take the 2 m 133102 or 3 m 133103.
Also consider
Equip 133102 (2.0 m) or 133103 (3.0 m) for longer runs, or a USB-C multiport hub with RJ45 if you want Ethernet plus HDMI and USB ports from one connector.
