The equip 326526 is a 48-port Cat.6A shielded patch panel for 19″ rack racks, one unit high. Installation cable is terminated on the back on dual IDC blocks that accept both LSA and 110 punch-down tools, and each port presents a shielded RJ45 socket at the front for patch cables. equip specifies Class EA performance up to 500 MHz for 10GBase-T, compliance with ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173, ANSI/TIA/EIA 568, and T568A/T568B colour coding on every port. Forty-eight ports in a single rack unit make it the high-density choice for server rooms and larger offices, where every rack unit counts. The body is sturdy steel in light grey (RAL 7035), and the ports are numbered for clear labelling.

Compatibility — check before buying:
A termination panel, not a switch: the back takes solid installation cable (punch-down), the front takes RJ45 patch cables — you still need a switch. You also need a punch-down tool for LSA or 110 blocks; equip does not include one. Check the rack width: this is a 19″ rack panel; the 10″ 12-port panel covers the other case. Yes. equip specifies Cat.6A Class EA up to 500 MHz for 10GBase-T. The installation cable, patch cords and switch must also be Cat.6A-capable.
Which punch-down tool do I need?
Either. The dual IDC blocks accept LSA and 110 tools. equip does not include a tool.
Can I use unshielded cable?
The ports accept it, but you lose the benefit of the shielding. For a shielded installation use shielded installation cable and patch cords.
Will it fit my cabinet?
