The equip 121174 is a pack of 100 Cat.6A RJ45 pass-through plugs for making your own patch cables. Unlike a standard plug, the pass-through design lets the conductors go all the way through the front of the plug, so you can check the colour order before crimping and trim the ends flush afterwards. That makes termination faster and reduces wiring mistakes. The plugs are unshielded (UTP), 8P8C, for round cable with 24–27 AWG conductors, a maximum cable diameter of 6.5 mm and a maximum insulated wire diameter of 1.2 mm. They are for custom-length Cat.6A patch cables in offices, server rooms and structured cabling work.
Compatibility — check before buying:
You need a crimping tool made for pass-through plugs — it crimps and cuts the protruding wires flush in one step; a standard crimper leaves wire ends sticking out. Check the cable: round cable only, conductors 24–27 AWG, cable ≤6.5 mm, each insulated wire ≤1.2 mm. Thick Cat.6A cables above 6.5 mm or 23 AWG conductors will not fit. These are unshielded plugs: for shielded (S/FTP, F/UTP) cable use shielded plugs. Tell us your cable type and we confirm the fit.
