Before you buy
Check three things before ordering. This is an unshielded (UTP) plug — it has no metal body and cannot bond the screen of an S/FTP or F/FTP cable, so for shielded cable use a shielded plug such as equip 121181 or the Cat 6A 121182. It fits round cable with 24 to 27 AWG conductors, not flat cable and not AWG 23 installation cable. And it is a crimp plug: you need an RJ45 crimp tool and, ideally, a cable tester — neither is included.
