Equip 119473 HDMI 2.1 Detachable Active Optical HDMI Cable, 20 m
Pull the slim cable through conduit on its micro HDMI plugs, then clip on the full-size HDMI heads.
8K @ 60 Hz48 Gbps20 m AOCDetachable heads
The Equip 119473 is a 20 m HDMI 2.1 active optical cable (AOC) that carries 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz at up to 48 Gbps for projectors, displays and AV installations. It terminates in micro HDMI (Type D) plugs with detachable standard HDMI (Type A) heads, so the same cable connects cameras, laptops and full-size HDMI equipment.
The small plugs pass through tight holes and conduits before the Type A heads are fitted, which simplifies installation in meeting rooms, lecture halls and home cinemas. Optical fibre inside the cable keeps the signal stable over the full 20 m without external boosters.
Compatibility Note: Active optical HDMI cables are directional — connect the end marked for the source to the player or PC and the other end to the display.
Key Features
Detachable connector heads
The removable Type A heads let installers route the cable on its slim micro HDMI plugs, and the cable can also connect micro HDMI devices such as cameras directly.
Optical signal transmission
Fibre carries the video data over 20 m without the loss and interference that affect long copper HDMI cables.
Robust connectors
Zinc alloy housings and gold-plated contacts protect the plugs during installation and repeated connections.

Singular Expert Insight
The 119473 is a good installer cable: the detachable heads make conduit pulls far easier than a fixed HDMI plug, and optical transmission keeps 8K and 4K 120 Hz stable at 20 m. If the display is only 4K 60 Hz, the HDMI 2.0 detachable versions cost less.
✓ Buy it if you need to route HDMI 2.1 through narrow conduit or wall openings over 20 m.
✕ Skip it if you need a bidirectional cable, as AOCs only work source-to-display.
→ Also consider the Equip 119452 (20 m HDMI 2.1 AOC with fixed Type A plugs) when conduit size is not an issue.
