Equip 119423 HDMI 2.1 Active Optical Armored Cable, 100 m
48 Gbps fibre HDMI with steel-spiral armour, built for long runs that need protection against crushing and pulling.
48 Gbps · HDMI 2.18K 60Hz / 4K 120HzSteel-spiral armour100 m AOC
The Equip 119423 is a 100 m HDMI 2.1 active optical cable (AOC) with steel-spiral armour, carrying 48 Gbps for 8K 60Hz and 4K 120Hz from a source to a display in venues, classrooms, conference rooms and home cinemas. The optical core handles the full HDMI 2.1 bandwidth over distance, while the armour protects it against crushing, kinking and heavy pulling during installation. Part number 119423 supports HDR and Dynamic HDR, eARC, VRR, ALLM and HDCP 2.2.
Compatibility Note: The cable works in one direction only: connect the Source end to the player/PC and the Display end to the screen. Equip lists no HDMI Ethernet channel for this model, although some distributor titles mention Ethernet.

Singular Expert Insight
The armoured build is the reason to choose this Equip AOC over thinner optical cables: it tolerates rough installation, cable trays and areas where it may be stepped on, while still carrying full HDMI 2.1 bandwidth over 100 m.
✓ Buy it if you need 4K 120Hz or 8K 60Hz over 100 m and want extra mechanical protection.
✕ Skip it if the run needs a fire-rated (CPR or CMP) cable for in-wall or plenum use.
→ Also consider Equip 119433 (100 m HDMI 2.0 AOC) if 4K 60Hz is enough, or Club 3D CAC-1394 (100 m, plenum/CPR rated).
