equip Life 625441 Cat 6 U/UTP Patch Cable, 2 m, Green
Cat 6 U/UTP2 m250 MHzMoulded boots
The equip Life 625441 is a 2 m Cat 6 U/UTP RJ45 patch cable in green, an affordable everyday lead for connecting PCs, printers, TVs, consoles and routers to a switch or wall socket at Gigabit speed. It belongs to equip's budget Life line: unshielded twisted pairs, copper-clad aluminium (CCA) conductors and a flexible PVC jacket with moulded, strain-relieved plugs. Part number 625441 ships with RJ45 male plugs on both ends, wired 1:1 to T568B. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Before you buy
The conductors are copper-clad aluminium (CCA AWG 26/7), not solid copper. That is fine for Gigabit data over a 2 m desk or patch lead, but CCA runs warmer under Power over Ethernet — equip publishes no PoE rating for this cord, so use a pure-copper cable (e.g. equip 6055xx S/FTP) for PoE cameras or access points. The PVC jacket is not halogen-free.
Key Features
Cat 6, 250 MHz
Unshielded Cat 6 U/UTP cable tested to 250 MHz for stable 1000BASE-T Gigabit links between devices, switches and wall sockets.
Moulded strain relief
Moulded boots protect the RJ45 plugs and the cable transition from bending and pulling — practical for cables that get plugged and unplugged often.
Colour-coded Life range
Available in beige, red, blue and green (plus other lengths), so you can tell networks, devices or rooms apart at a glance.

Singular Expert Insight
The 625441 is the 2 m version of equip's Life 6254xx Cat 6 U/UTP line (same build as the 3 m 6254x2 and 7.5 m 6254x5). It is a sensible low-cost choice for connecting desktops, printers and TVs to network switches or routers. If you need PoE or halogen-free cabling for an office install, spend a little more on a copper, LSZH cord.
