equip 625442 Cat 6 U/UTP Patch Cable — 3 m Green
Cat 6 · 1 Gbps3 m250 MHzUnshielded U/UTP
The equip 625442 is a 3 m Cat 6 U/UTP patch cable in green for everyday Gigabit connections between PCs, printers, routers, switches and wall outlets.
Part number 625442 has RJ45 male plugs at both ends with moulded boots and strain relief, is rated to 250 MHz and uses copper-clad aluminium (CCA) AWG 26/7 conductors — an economical build for short desk and office patching. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Before you buy
Conductors are CCA (copper-clad aluminium), not solid copper — confirmed on the equip datasheet. That is fine for 1 Gbps desk patching, but CCA has higher resistance than bare copper: avoid it for PoE-powered cameras/APs and for long channels, and note some certified-installation warranties exclude CCA. equip does not publish a jacket rating, so do not assume LSZH. For PoE or 10 Gbps choose a bare-copper Cat 6A cable.
Key Features
Gigabit ready
Cat 6 rated to 250 MHz, enough for 1000BASE-T between desktop devices and the nearest switch or wall socket.
Moulded boots
Moulded boots with strain relief protect the plug latch and the cable exit from repeated plugging.
Colour coding
Green jacket to mark a device group or network; also available as 625412 beige, 625432 blue, 625442 green, 625462 yellow.

Singular Expert Insight
The 625442 is a budget desk cable: ideal for linking PCs, printers and IP phones to wall outlets or small network switches at Gigabit speed. Because it is CCA, keep it away from PoE and permanent installs — for those, bare-copper equip Cat 6A S/FTP cords (606xxx) or the 3P-certified Cat 6A Platinum line are the safer choice.
Buyer's Guide
