The Equip 121169 is a premium Cat6 shielded RJ45 inline coupler with two RJ45 female jacks that bridges two patch cords into one longer link, for offices and installers who need a few extra metres of cable without replacing it.
Equip rates it for 250 MHz bandwidth and 1 Gbit Ethernet, with 1:1 straight-through wiring, a fully shielded housing against electromagnetic interference and gold-flashed contacts. It supports PoE, PoE+ and PoE++, so IP cameras, access points and VoIP phones keep receiving power through the joint.
