equip 606202 Cat 6A S/FTP Patch Cable 0.5 m Blue
Cat 6A S/FTP PiMF10 Gbps · 500 MHz0.5 m BlueLSZH · PoE/PoE+
The equip 606202 is a 0.5 m blue Cat 6A S/FTP patch cable that carries 10 Gigabit Ethernet at 500 MHz, built for short rack and patch-panel links where shielding and a tidy colour code matter. Part number 606202 uses pairs in metal foil (PiMF) plus an overall braid, stranded bare-copper AWG 26/7 conductors and a halogen-free LSZH jacket. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Before you buy
This is a short 0.5 m RJ45 male-to-male patch cord, meant for switch-to-patch-panel jumpers inside a rack. To get the full benefit of the S/FTP shielding, use it with shielded (STP) patch panels and ports; it still works with unshielded RJ45 ports, just without the grounded shield path. equip publishes PoE and PoE+ (802.3af/at) support; no PoE++ class is stated.
Key Features
10 Gbps Cat 6A headroom
Rated for 500 MHz and 10GBASE-T, so the same jumper serves today's Gigabit ports and future 2.5G, 5G and 10G upgrades without re-patching.
S/FTP PiMF shielding
Every pair sits in its own metal foil and the bundle is wrapped in a braid — low crosstalk and good immunity in dense racks next to power cabling.
LSZH, bare copper
Low Smoke Zero Halogen jacket for offices and server rooms, with stranded bare-copper AWG 26/7 conductors that flex well at short patch lengths.

Singular Expert Insight
For 0.5 m rack jumpers the equip 606x02 line is the sensible default: real Cat 6A S/FTP PiMF with bare-copper AWG 26 conductors and an LSZH jacket, not a CCA or PVC shortcut. Pick one colour per function — for example uplinks, PoE devices and servers — between your patch panel and network switches. If you only run Gigabit to desks, a Cat 6 cord is cheaper, but for new racks the Cat 6A headroom costs little.
Buyer's Guide
Buy it if
You need short 0.5 m 10 Gbps jumpers in a rack, want S/FTP shielding and LSZH jackets, and like colour-coding ports.
Skip it if
You need more than 0.5 m to reach the switch, or need PoE++ (802.3bt) class guarantees that equip does not publish for this line.
Also consider
Other colours of the same 0.5 m 606x02 family, or the equip 1 m Cat 6A S/FTP cords if 0.5 m is too tight.
