equip 922493 — M6 Cage Nut and Screw Set, 16 mm, 50 Sets
M6 × 16 mm50 sets19" EIA-310Screw, cage nut, washer
The equip 922493 is a pack of 50 matched sets of M6 × 16 mm screws, M6 cage nuts and washers for mounting servers, switches, patch panels and AV equipment in 19-inch EIA-310 racks, network cabinets and AV enclosures.
Each set has one screw, one cage nut and one washer, so the pack covers about a dozen devices, or a full rack of panels, with identical hardware.
Before you order: The cage nuts are for square-hole rails. Round-hole threaded rails need screws matched to the rail.
What's in the Box
- 50 × M6 × 16 mm screws, silver
- 50 × M6 cage nuts
- 50 × washers (black)
What It Means in Practice
- Most devices need 4 sets, so one pack covers about 12 devices.
- The 16 mm screws suit standard device ears and panel flanges.
- The black washers protect painted rails and device ears.
What Will Not Work
- Round-hole threaded rails.
- M5 or US 10-32 / 12-24 threads.
- Thick flanges such as heavy shelf brackets, where a longer screw is needed.

Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
Bulk M6 hardware is the least exciting and most-needed part of any rack job. Fifty matched sets keep a buildout moving. For shelves, panels and blind plates, see our rack accessories range.
✓ Buy it if you are mounting several devices in square-hole M6 racks.
✕ Skip it if your rails are round-hole threaded or use M5 or US threads.
→ Also consider the Good Connections GC-N0049 set with 20 mm screws.
Send us your rack model and we will confirm it takes M6 cage nuts.
