Equip 133478 — USB4 Angled USB-C Adapters, 40Gbps and 240W, 3-Pack
USB4 · 40Gbps240W PD 3.18K 60Hz3-pack · U + L
The Equip 133478 is a set of three angled USB4 USB-C adapters, male to female, in U-shaped and L-shaped versions, rated for 40Gbps data, 240W (48V/5A) USB Power Delivery and up to 8K 60Hz video, for routing a USB-C cable flat along a laptop, tablet or handheld instead of straight out of the side.
Angled plugs stop a cable from sticking out of a laptop on a crowded desk, protect the port from being knocked, and make a handheld gaming PC or tablet comfortable to hold while charging. The aluminium bodies help with heat at high charging power.
Before you order: An adapter only passes through what the cable and both devices support: 40Gbps, 240W and 8K 60Hz need a cable and devices rated for them.
What's in the Box
- 3 × Equip USB4 angled USB-C adapters (U-shaped and L-shaped), grey
What It Means in Practice
- Laptops on a desk: the cable runs along the side of the laptop instead of sticking out.
- Handhelds and tablets: charge while holding the device without the plug digging into your hand.
- Docks and monitors: keeps a USB4 or Thunderbolt-class connection at full rated speed and power through the bend.
- Three shapes in the box: pick the direction that suits each port.
What Will Not Work
- It is not a cable or an extension — it adds no length.
- It cannot raise the speed or power of the cable or devices behind it.
- It does not convert USB-C to USB-A, HDMI or DisplayPort.
- Bulky phone cases or tightly spaced ports may not leave room for an angled adapter.
