The CHERRY MW 4500 LEFT (JW-4550) is one of the few ergonomic mice built specifically for the left hand: a 45-degree tilted shell that relaxes the forearm without the steep angle of a full vertical mouse, with the thumb buttons on the right side where a left thumb sits. CHERRY publishes a 2.4 GHz nano USB receiver with a 10 m range, an optical sensor with 600, 900 and 1200 DPI, six buttons, swappable left and right clicks, an abrasion-resistant surface and two AAA batteries in the box, at about 120 g.

Compatibility — check before buying:
Left-handed only — right-handed users should take the MW 4500 (JW-4500). 2.4 GHz receiver only, no Bluetooth; the nano receiver is USB-A and proprietary (not Logitech Unifying). CHERRY lists Windows; CHERRY KEYS for button assignment is Windows-only. DPI tops out at 1200, which suits Full HD screens but is slow on large 4K monitors. CHERRY publishes no battery-life figure. It is a 45-degree tilt, not a 57–90-degree vertical.
