Fanvil X5U-R V2 — the red phone that stands out on critical desks
Red housing16 SIP linesDual colour screensBluetooth 4.2
The Fanvil X5U-R V2 is the red version of Fanvil’s X5U enterprise IP phone, made for emergency and critical positions such as control rooms, security desks, hospitals and government sites, where the phone must be found at a glance. Inside it is the same as the black X5U V2: a 3.5-inch main colour display, a 2.4-inch colour side screen for DSS keys, 16 SIP lines, dual Gigabit ports with PoE, Bluetooth 4.2 and USB.
Compatibility — check before buying:
The X5U-R V2 needs a SIP phone system or hosted PBX. No power supply is in the box — use PoE or an optional 5 V / 2 A adapter. Wi-Fi is not built in; it needs Fanvil’s WF20 USB dongle. Tell us the phone system or provider you use and we check compatibility before you buy.

Singular Expert Insight
Order the X5U-R only if you want the red housing — for normal desks the black X5U V2 is the same phone. Make sure you order the V2: the first version had older Bluetooth. A PoE switch from our PoE switches powers it without an adapter. Tell us the phone system or provider you use and we check compatibility before you buy.
