Fanvil X5U V2 — two colour screens for busy desks
Dual colour screens16 SIP linesDual Gigabit PoEBluetooth 4.2
The Fanvil X5U V2 is a high-end IP phone with two colour displays: a 3.5-inch main screen and a 2.4-inch side screen that labels the DSS keys, so users can watch colleagues and speed-dial without paper labels. It supports 16 SIP lines, up to 30 DSS keys over five pages, six-way conferencing, dual Gigabit ports with PoE, Bluetooth 4.2 and USB.
Compatibility — check before buying:
The X5U V2 needs a SIP phone system or hosted PBX. No power supply is in the box — use PoE or an optional 5 V / 2 A adapter. Wi-Fi is not built in; it needs Fanvil’s WF20 USB dongle. EHS is supported for Poly APD-80 and Fanvil EHS20 adapters. Tell us the phone system or provider you use and we check compatibility before you buy.

Singular Expert Insight
The X5U V2 is the black office version; the X5U-R V2 is the same phone in red for emergency positions. If you need Wi-Fi built in, the V65 is the better fit. Headsets are in our office & VoIP headsets and PoE switches in our PoE switches.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
users monitor many colleagues and you want DSS labels on a colour screen.
Skip it if
the phone will sit on Wi-Fi only — the V65 has Wi-Fi built in.
