The Ricoh (Fujitsu) Consumable Kit 3670-400K contains two sets of pick rollers and two brake rollers for the fi-7140, fi-7160, fi-7180, fi-7240, fi-7260, fi-7280 and fi-7300NX document scanners, covering up to 400,000 scans — two complete roller replacement cycles.
The pick and brake rollers are the parts that separate and feed each sheet. When they wear, the scanner starts to double-feed, skew or fail to pick paper. The scanner keeps count and the Software Operation Panel shows when they are due.
Before you order: Kit 3670-400K is for the fi-7140/7160/7180, fi-7240/7260/7280 and fi-7300NX. The fi-7460/fi-7480 use kit 3710-400K, and the fi-7600/fi-7700 use kit 3740-500K.

What It Means in Practice
- Each roller is rated for 200,000 pages on A4/Letter woodfree paper, so the kit covers two full changes — up to 400,000 scans.
- Thin, glossy or recycled paper can shorten roller life.
- Replace the pick roller set and brake roller together, then reset both counters in the Software Operation Panel (Device Setting > Clear).
- Clean the rollers regularly between replacements to keep feeding reliable.
What Will Not Work
- It does not fit the fi-7460/fi-7480 (kit 3710-400K) or the fi-7600/fi-7700 (kit 3740-500K).
- It does not fit the fi-8000 series or older fi-6000 scanners.
- It does not include cleaning fluid or cloths — that is the separate F1 cleaning kit.
- It will not remove lines in scanned images; those come from dirty scan glass.

If double-feeds return before the counter reaches 200,000, clean the rollers first — paper dust often causes the same symptoms.
