The Fujitsu PY-CBS094 is the official cable kit for installing a PRAID EP6xxi, PSAS CP6xxi controller in a PRIMERGY RX1330 M5 (short-depth base units). It covers the PRAID EP6xxi family (e.g. EP640i, EP680i) and PSAS CP6xxi HBAs.
Fujitsu's configurator rule: when a RAID/HBA controller is ordered later as an upgrade (L-part), the matching L-part cable kit is required, because each base unit is cabled differently at the factory.
Before you order: This kit is specific to the server model and base unit named here — the standard-depth RX1330 M5 needs PY-CBS093 instead.

What It Means in Practice
- Order it together with the controller: the factory cabling of the base unit does not connect an add-on controller to the drive backplane.

- Route the cable before closing the chassis or rack: SAS cables have a minimum bend radius, and a sharp fold right behind the connector is a common cause of intermittent link errors.
