The Gamber-Johnson 14140 is the Zirkona VESA 75 mm and 100 mm Device and Base Plate — part of the modular Zirkona mounting system (formerly sold as MAX3) used in vehicles, forklifts and industrial workstations to hold rugged tablets, docks and displays.
The anodised aluminium plate threads onto a Zirkona male threaded adapter or joiner (M20 x 1.5) and carries the device cradle, dock or monitor on its VESA 75 or 100 mm hole pattern, which accepts M6 and 1/4-20 hardware. Gamber-Johnson notes it works especially well with larger tablet cradles, docks and monitors, and it can also serve as a wide base.
Before you order: This plate is one component of a Zirkona mount. You also need the matching Zirkona arm, joiner or knuckle with an M20 male thread, plus a VESA-compatible cradle, dock or display. It is not an AMPS plate.

What It Means in Practice
- Use it at the top of a Zirkona pole or arm to attach a VESA tablet cradle, dock or monitor.
- Use it at the bottom as a wider base plate for extra stability.
- Gamber-Johnson recommends thread-locker (Loctite 9460/9461/9466, not included) on the M20 threads in vehicles.
- Mixing VESA 75 and 100 devices in a fleet? One plate takes both patterns.
What Will Not Work
- Standalone mounting — it needs other Zirkona components.
- AMPS-pattern cradles (use an AMPS plate instead).
- VESA patterns larger than 100 x 100 mm.
