Genesis Zircon 500 G2 — Black
Tri-mode: 2.4 GHz / Bluetooth / USB-CPixArt PMW3325, 10,000 DPI52 g, Huano Purple switchesCharge while playing
The Genesis Zircon 500 G2 in Black (NMG-2113, from the natec group) is a 52 g symmetrical gaming mouse with three connection modes — 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth 5.0 and wired over the USB-C cable that also charges it. Genesis publishes a PixArt PMW3325 sensor with 200 to 10,000 DPI at 1000 Hz, six buttons of which five are programmable, Huano Purple switches rated for 90 million clicks, PTFE feet and a 300 mAh battery that charges while you play. Genesis maps this part number to the second-generation G2.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Genesis lists NMG-2113 as the Zircon 500 G2 (second generation, 52 g, Huano Purple switches); the original Zircon 500 was heavier at 79 g with Kailh switches, so check you are comparing the right generation. Symmetrical shell with side buttons on the left, so a right-handed layout. Bluetooth is for laptops; gaming belongs on the 2.4 GHz receiver or the cable for 1000 Hz. Genesis does not publish battery hours, charge time or a warranty term on the product page; its general conditions state 24 months for consumers. The receiver is USB-A.
