The Gigabyte AI TOP QSFP Cable (part number ATC9000-QSFP) is a 0.4 m QSFP112-to-QSFP112 direct attach cable rated up to 400G total bandwidth, designed to connect two Gigabyte AI TOP ATOM personal AI supercomputers through their NVIDIA ConnectX-7 QSFP ports.
Each lane runs at 112 Gbps using PAM-4 modulation over 30 AWG conductors, and the short 40 cm length suits two units stacked or placed side by side. Linking two AI TOP ATOM systems lets them work together on models of up to 405 billion parameters.
Compatibility note: The 0.4 m length (±15 mm) only reaches between units placed next to or on top of each other. It is a copper QSFP112 cable for Ethernet PAM-4 applications — not an optical transceiver — so use it within the same desk or rack.
