Gigaset E560HX Universal Big-Button Handset

SOS buttonTorchBoost keyCAT-iq 2.0

The Gigaset E560HX is a universal big-button DECT handset with an SOS button, a torch and a 1.8-inch 160×128 colour display, supplied with its charging cradle. It registers to GAP bases and DECT routers such as FRITZ!Box and Speedport, and supports CAT-iq 2.0. Illuminated large keys, a boost key, an LED call light and hearing-aid compatibility make it easy to use.

In practice, the E560HX gives older users on a router-based line the same safety features as a dedicated senior phone: the SOS button calls up to four numbers, four quick-dial keys reach family, and the torch helps at night. Talk time is up to 14 hours.

Compatibility — check before buying:
This is a handset only, without a base: it needs a DECT/GAP base or a DECT router (such as a FRITZ!Box) to make calls. Which features work depends on the base or router; basic calling works over GAP. Tell us the model of your base or router and we check that the handset will register to it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will it work with my router or another brand of base?
The E560HX registers to DECT bases and DECT routers that support GAP, and supports CAT-iq 2.0 for extras such as HD Voice on bases and routers that offer it. Gigaset names routers such as FRITZ!Box and Speedport on its product page. Which functions you get depends on what the base or router supports; basic calling works over GAP. Tell us the base or router model and we check.
Can I add more handsets later?
It is itself an extra handset. How many handsets you can have is set by your base or router.
Is it suitable for someone with poor eyesight or hearing?
Yes. Gigaset built it with illuminated large keys, a colour display, a boost key for louder calls, an LED call light and hearing-aid compatibility. The SOS button and four quick-dial keys make important calls one press away.
What warranty do I get?
Singular gives a 1-year direct warranty. Gigaset states a 24-month guarantee on manufacturing and material defects, with six months on wear parts such as batteries, in its UK and Ireland user guides. Beyond our first year we help you with Gigaset’s process.
Singular Expert Insight
