The Gigaset S700H PRO is a professional DECT cordless handset for business phone systems built on Gigaset PRO IP DECT bases. It combines a 2.4-inch colour display, HD audio, a 500-entry vCard address book and Bluetooth 4.2 for headsets, plus a 3.5 mm headset jack and micro-USB. It is a handset only: it registers to an existing DECT base and does not include one.

Compatibility — check before buying: This is a handset only — no base station is in the box. It is designed for Gigaset PRO bases (N670 IP PRO, N510 IP PRO, N870 IP PRO, N720 IP PRO) and Gigaset multicell systems. On third-party GAP / CAT-iq bases it works with reduced features, and Microsoft Teams use needs an N610, N670, N870 or N870E IP PRO base. Not sure it fits? Tell us your phone line, router, DECT base or PBX model and we check it for you before you order.

Can I use it without a base?
No. The S700H PRO is a handset only. It registers to a Gigaset PRO IP DECT base or a GAP / CAT-iq compatible base that you already have.
Will it work with my non-Gigaset base?
It supports GAP and CAT-iq, so basic calling works on compatible bases from other makers, but Gigaset states that some features are reduced. Tell us the base model and we check.
Can I connect a Bluetooth headset?
Yes. It has Bluetooth 4.2 with hands-free and headset profiles, and a 3.5 mm jack for wired headsets.
What warranty do I get?
Singular gives a 1-year direct warranty on this handset. Gigaset does not publish a warranty term for this model on its official pages. Beyond the first year we help you with the manufacturer’s warranty process, and we support you locally with setup questions.
