Good Connections Cat 6 S/FTP Patch Cable — 0.25 m White

Part number 8060-003W · RJ45 male to RJ45 male
Cat 6 S/FTP0.25 m250 MHzPVC jacket

The Good Connections 8060-003W is a 0.25 m Cat 6 S/FTP RJ45 patch cable in white with AWG 27 stranded conductors and a PVC jacket, made for short 1 Gbps Ethernet links between switches, patch panels, routers and desktop devices. Each pair is individually foil-screened with an overall braid (PiMF), which keeps crosstalk low in dense racks. Order it by part number 8060-003W (EAN 4014619298549). Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.

Compatibility note: Plugs into any standard RJ45 Ethernet port (10/100/1000BASE-T). For full shielding benefit, connect it to shielded (grounded) jacks or patch panels; it also works with unshielded ports.

FAQ

Does the Good Connections 8060-003W work with gigabit switches and routers?
Yes. It is a Cat 6 cable rated to 250 MHz, so it runs 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet on any RJ45 port of a switch, router, patch panel, PC or NAS.
What should I know before buying the 8060-003W?
It is 0.25 m long, so it suits patch-panel-to-switch or device-to-wall-socket jumps rather than room-to-room runs. The S/FTP shielding works best with shielded jacks or panels.
Singular Expert Insight
Good Connections RNS cables (ALCASA, Germany) are a step up from bare-bones jumpers: fully shielded S/FTP PiMF plus the RNS latch guard. For halogen-free zones or 10G, pick a Cat 6A LSZH cord instead; for simple unshielded desks a Cat 6 U/UTP cord is cheaper. Pair it with one of our network switches for a tidy, colour-coded rack.

Buyer's Guide

Buy it if
You want a shielded 0.25 m Cat 6 jumper with snag-proof latches for a busy rack or noisy environment.
Skip it if
Your building rules require halogen-free (LSZH) cabling — this jacket is PVC.
