The Good Connections 2831-AC005W is a 0.5 m USB 3.2 Gen 2 cable with a USB-A plug on one end and a reversible USB-C plug on the other, rated for data transfer at up to 10 Gbps and charging current of up to 3 A. Article 2831-AC005W uses copper conductors inside a braid and foil shield, with nickel-plated plugs and gold-plated copper contacts, which is the build you want for an external NVMe SSD or a fast card reader in white.
Both ends matter for 10 Gbps: the host port must itself be USB 3.2 Gen 2 (often labelled USB 3.1 Gen 2 or SuperSpeed 10 Gbps). On an older USB 3.0 port the cable still works, at 5 Gbps. Because the source end is USB-A it cannot negotiate USB-C Power Delivery for a laptop.
