The Grandstream UCM6301 is a compact IP PBX from Grandstream's UCM6300 Series for offices with up to 500 SIP users and 75 simultaneous calls. It runs your extensions, ring groups, IVR, voicemail and SIP trunks on one desktop or wall-mounted box, and remote staff connect through UCM RemoteConnect and the free Grandstream Wave app.
The UCM6301 adds one FXS port for an analogue phone or fax and one FXO port for an analogue PSTN line, both with lifeline capability during a power cut, plus video meetings for up to 9 video feeds per room.
Before you order: The UCM6301 has only one FXO and one FXS port — enough for one analogue line and one fax/phone. More analogue lines need a gateway or a larger UCM model.

What Will Not Work
- More than one analogue PSTN line or more than one analogue phone/fax.
- Large deployments above 500 users or 75 calls — the larger UCM6300 models are built for that.
- Powering IP phones — the UCM itself is powered by its 12 V adapter; phones need a PoE switch or their own adapters.
- Phones are not included.
