How to choose a memory card
- Size. Check whether the device takes full-size SD or microSD.
- Speed class. For 4K video choose U3 or V30; for apps on phones and consoles, A1 or A2.
- Capacity limit. Older devices may not read SDXC cards above 32 GB; check the device manual.
- Dashcams and cameras. Constant recording wears cards faster; choose high-endurance cards where offered.
