Herlitz 24/6 Galvanised Metal Staples, Box of 1,000 in 20 Strips of 50, for Standard Desktop Staplers

The Herlitz 24/6 galvanised staples (article 8760514) are a box of 1,000 metal staples in the most common office size, made for the standard full-size desktop and hand-held staplers found in most offices, schools and homes. They arrive as 20 pre-glued strips of 50, so each strip drops straight into the stapler magazine.

24/6 is the everyday office format: if your stapler says 24/6 (often printed inside the magazine or on the base), this is the refill you need. One box covers months of normal desk use.

• 1 box of Herlitz 24/6 staples
• 1,000 staples in total, as 20 strips of 50
• Galvanised (zinc-coated) metal finish

• A 24/6 stapler takes one strip of 50 at a time, so the box gives you 20 full refills.
• The galvanised finish resists rust, which matters for documents that are filed or archived for years.
• Herlitz does not publish a maximum sheet count for these staples; in practice the limit is set by your stapler, which normally lists its own capacity.

• They will not fit No.10 mini staplers or pocket staplers — those need much smaller staples.
• They are not designed for heavy-duty staplers that take 23/8, 23/10 or larger staples for thick document stacks.
• They do not fit electric staplers that use cartridges, unless the stapler explicitly accepts loose 24/6 strips.
• They are not for staple guns or tackers used on wood or upholstery.
