The HERMA 5058 Coloured Labels are A4 sheets of yellow 105 x 42.3 mm labels with removable adhesive — 280 labels on 20 sheets — for colour-coding files, stock, samples and price or status marking with ordinary laser, inkjet and copier (incl. colour laser) printers.

Coloured labels make status and category visible at a glance; the removable adhesive lets you change the marking when the status changes.

• Each sheet gives you 14 identical labels of 105 x 42.3 mm; plan text so it fits comfortably inside the label with a few millimetres of margin.
• Print from Word or any label program by choosing the HERMA 5058 template — the template sets the exact label pitch so text lands on the labels, not across the gaps.
• Removable adhesive means you can take the label off again later — ideal for temporary marking, colour codes that change, or labels on items you return or re-use.
• Print black text on yellow labels; colour photos and logos will look tinted because the paper itself is yellow.

• Not for label printers that use rolls (Brother QL/P-touch, Dymo, Zebra, Epson ColorWorks) — these are A4 sheets for normal office printers.
• Templates for another brand or another HERMA article with a different layout will misalign — always select the HERMA 5058 template.
• Paper labels with a matt surface are not designed for outdoor, wet or freezer use; for that you need film labels.
• Removable adhesive is not intended for permanent marking or for rough, dusty or textured surfaces where it may not hold.
• Do not re-feed a partly used sheet through a laser printer; the exposed backing can lift labels inside the fuser. Print full sheets, or use the template to print only the positions you need on a fresh sheet.
