HERMA Power Labels 25.4 x 16.9 mm — Extra-Strong Hold, 2,800 Labels

HERMA Power labels, with strong adhesion A4, 25.4 x 16.9 mm, made of paper (article 10916) is a pack of 2,800 white matt paper labels, 112 per A4 sheet across 25 sheets, with an extra-strong permanent adhesive that HERMA rates at twice the adhesive strength of conventional paper labels.
It is built for jobs where a normal office label peels off: small price tags, part and bin labels, sample tubes, cable and equipment marking, luggage tags. Surfaces that are moist, warm, cold, rough or dusty are exactly what this adhesive is designed for, and the labels print in any office laser, inkjet or copier.
Choosing the right HERMA article comes down to three things: a size that fits your text, the right adhesive and the number of labels per sheet. This pack combines a permanent extra-strong adhesive with 112 per A4 sheet; if your label software lists HERMA 10916, select it and the print positions are set for you.
Before you order: these labels are permanent. If you will need to peel them off later without leaving adhesive behind, choose a HERMA removable label in the same size instead.
What's in the Box
- 25 A4 sheets (210 x 297 mm), 112 labels per sheet
- 2,800 white labels in total, 25.4 x 16.9 mm each
- Pre-cut labels on a backing sheet, ready to print or write on
- HERMA retail pack — the matching layout template is free to download from herma.com
What It Means in Practice
- Use them where ordinary labels give up — cardboard with a rough finish, plastic crates that come out of a cold room, equipment that runs warm, dusty storeroom shelves.
- Print a full sheet in one pass from Word or the free HERMA label software; the layout of 112 per sheet is fixed, so pick the template for article 10916.
- At 25.4 x 16.9 mm there is room for a price, a short code or a two-line part number — ideal for small parts bins, price tagging and lab samples.
- Partly used sheets can go back through a laser printer only if the remaining labels are still flat and fully attached — a lifted edge can catch inside the fuser.
- For long-term product or asset marking, a permanent label is the right choice: it is meant to stay put, not to be repositioned.
- Test-print one page on plain paper first and hold it against a label sheet in front of a light — the quickest way to check alignment before using up the pack.
- Store unused sheets flat in the original pack, away from heat and humidity, so they stay flat and feed reliably next time.
What Will Not Work
- Removing cleanly: the adhesive is permanent and extra strong — expect paper tear or residue if you try to peel a label off.
- Thermal and roll label printers (Zebra, Brother QL, DYMO and similar): these are A4 sheets for laser, inkjet and copiers only.
- Outdoor, weatherproof or chemical-resistant marking: these are paper labels; for that you need a film (polyester or vinyl) label.
- Other brands' templates: do not assume an Avery or other layout matches — use the HERMA template for 10916 so the print lines up.
Key Features
Twice the adhesion
HERMA states twice the adhesive strength of conventional paper labels — it holds on moist, warm, cold, rough and dusty surfaces where standard labels lift.
Works in every office printer
Approved for laser, inkjet and copier, mono and colour. Matt white paper takes toner and ink cleanly and is easy to write on by hand.
Clean, flat sheets
Precisely cut labels on flat A4 sheets feed reliably, so a full run of 2,800 labels prints without jams or misalignment.
Responsible materials

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I remove these labels later?
Not cleanly. The Power adhesive is permanent and extra strong by design. If you need to relabel or remove labels without residue, use a HERMA removable label instead.
Will they stick to plastic crates and freezer boxes?
HERMA designs the Power adhesive for moist, warm, cold, rough and dusty surfaces, so crates, boxes and storage containers are a typical use. Apply the label at room temperature and press it down firmly for the best bond.
Where do I get the layout for printing?
HERMA publishes a free template for article 10916 and a free online label designer on herma.com; Word users can also set up the 25.4 x 16.9 mm grid with the HERMA template file.
Are they suitable for outdoor use?
No — they are paper labels. For outdoor or wet-area marking choose a weatherproof film label.
Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
At 112 labels per sheet this is the smallest Power format in this range: the adhesive, not the size, is the reason to pick it. Use it for small items that live in fridges, warehouses or workshops where normal paper labels curl and lift. If the labels will ever need to come off cleanly, a removable HERMA label of similar size is the better buy.

✓ Buy it if you need 25.4 x 16.9 mm labels that stay put on difficult surfaces — boxes, crates, equipment, archive stock.
✕ Skip it if you will need to remove or reposition the labels later — choose a removable label in this size.
→ Also consider HERMA Power 45.7 x 21.2 mm (10902) if you need more room for text; a HERMA removable label if you will relabel later.
