HERMA 4625 PREMIUM Labels A4 105 x 42.3 mm White Matt Paper Permanent 2800 Labels for Laser Inkjet Copier

The HERMA 4625 is a pack of 2800 white matt paper labels measuring 105 x 42.3 mm, supplied on 200 A4 sheets with 14 labels each, for offices that print address labels on an ordinary laser printer, inkjet printer or copier.

It belongs to HERMA's PREMIUM range: the labels are noticeably thicker than standard office labels, the paper has a very high whiteness for sharp text and barcodes, and the permanent adhesive is designed to grip quickly even on cool or slightly damp surfaces such as cardboard boxes stored in a warehouse. HERMA states these sheets are "guaranteed not to jam", certified by TÜV SÜD for laser and inkjet printing.

• 200 A4 sheets of white matt paper labels
• 2800 labels in total (14 labels per A4 sheet)
• Label size 105 x 42.3 mm, square corners
• Recycled-cardboard retail box

• Print straight from Word using HERMA's free templates, or design online with HERMA's free label software — enter article number 4625 and the layout is set for you.
• Works with mono and colour laser printers, inkjet printers and copiers, so the same pack can be used on whatever printer is closest.
• The all-round protective edge and flat-lying sheet are what let partly used sheets run through the printer again without peeling inside the machine.
• Permanent adhesive: once applied the label is meant to stay. If you need to re-position or remove labels cleanly, choose a removable (Movables) label instead.

• Not for thermal-transfer or direct-thermal label printers (Zebra, Brother QL/TD, DYMO LabelWriter) — those need roll labels.
• Not removable: peeling it off will normally tear the label or leave residue.
• Paper labels are not weatherproof — for outdoor, wet or oily surfaces use HERMA's outdoor film labels.
• Not a size match for templates designed for other label layouts — check that your template is set for 105 x 42.3 mm, 14 labels per A4 sheet.
