HERMA Removable File Spine Labels A4, 192 x 61 mm, White Opaque - 100 Labels
100 labels · 25 sheets4 per sheetFor wide filesRemovable, no residue
The HERMA 10165 Removable File Spine Labels are white, fully opaque paper labels, 192 x 61 mm and 4 to an A4 sheet, sized by HERMA for wide files (short). They print on laser printers, inkjet printers and copiers, including colour models.
The adhesive is removable: when a file is archived or re-used, the spine label comes off without leaving residue, so the same binder can be relabelled cleanly. 100 labels come in the pack.
Before you order: spine label sizes follow the file width and height. 192 x 61 mm is the HERMA size for wide files (short) - measure your file spine before ordering.
What's in the Box
- 25 A4 sheets of HERMA 10165 white opaque file labels
- 4 labels per sheet, 192 x 61 mm, rounded corners - 100 labels in total
- No printer or software in the pack - templates come from the free HERMA Label Assistant online and HERMA Word templates
What It Means in Practice
- Print a whole shelf of file spines in one pass with the HERMA 10165 template - large, clear titles readable from across the office.
- Fully opaque paper: a previous label or handwriting underneath does not show through.
- Removable adhesive: archive a file and the label comes off cleanly, ready for the next project.
- Colour printing works on colour laser and inkjet printers, so you can colour-code departments or years.
What Will Not Work
- Narrow files - a 61 mm label is too wide for a narrow spine; use HERMA 5090.
- Rough or dusty file spines - removable adhesive needs a smooth, clean, dry surface.
- Thermal or roll label printers (Dymo, Brother QL, Zebra) - these are A4 sheets for office laser and inkjet printers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
Getting spine labels right is mostly about size: a label made for an 8 cm lever-arch spine looks wrong on a 5 cm one, and short versus long labels depend on the file height. HERMA sizes this pack for wide files (short). For other formats and adhesives see HERMA and other label packs in our Labels range.
✓ Buy it if you label wide files (short) and want clean, printed spines that hide old lettering.
✕ Skip it if your files are a different width or height - check the spine size first.
→ Also consider HERMA 5095, the permanent version of this size, for files that will never be relabelled.
