HERMA InkPrint Photo-Quality Inkjet Labels A4, 25.4 x 25.4 mm - 1,650 Labels
1,650 labels · 25 sheets66 per sheetInstant-drying coatingInkjet only
The HERMA 8831 InkPrint Photo-Quality labels are small square labels, 25.4 x 25.4 mm and 66 to an A4 sheet, made of 90 g/m² coated matt paper designed specifically for inkjet printers. HERMA states the coating is instant-drying and wipe-resistant and gives razor-sharp contours for small fonts and barcodes.
At one inch square, these are QR-code, barcode, small logo, price-dot and sealing labels - jobs where an uncoated label lets inkjet ink spread and blurs the detail. 1,650 labels come in the pack.
Before you order: coated for inkjet only. Do not use these sheets in a laser printer or copier - for laser printing choose an uncoated HERMA label.
What's in the Box
- 25 A4 sheets of HERMA 8831 InkPrint Photo-Quality labels
- 66 labels per sheet, 25.4 x 25.4 mm, rounded corners - 1,650 labels in total
- No printer or software in the pack - templates come from the free HERMA Label Assistant online and HERMA Word templates
What It Means in Practice
- Print QR codes for product packs, menus or equipment - the coating keeps edges sharp enough to scan.
- Small logos and colour dots come out clean and saturated on an inkjet printer.
- Instant-drying, wipe-resistant surface: labels can be handled straight out of the printer.
- 66 labels per sheet: print a whole run of codes or dots from one template in a single pass.
What Will Not Work
- Laser printers and copiers - the coating is designed for inkjet ink.
- Text-heavy labels - 25.4 mm square holds a code or a word, not an address.
- Removable labelling - the adhesive is permanent.
- Thermal or roll label printers - these are A4 sheets.

Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
Coated inkjet labels are worth it when detail matters: tiny text, QR codes, logos or colour. For a plain address label an uncoated sheet is cheaper; for anything that has to scan or look sharp at one inch, the InkPrint coating is the difference. Pair it with original ink cartridges for your printer for consistent colour.
✓ Buy it if you print small QR codes, barcodes, logos or colour dots on an inkjet printer.
✕ Skip it if you print on laser, or you need larger address labels.
